What is a hydraulic tailgate?
A Liftgate, which can also be referred to as a Tail lift, is a mechanical device which is installed permanently at the back or the rear end of a large vehicle like a truck, a lorry or a van. It is used to load and unload freight from the ground and into the back of the truck.
Tail lifts can help you to safely load and unload trucks with cost efficiency, flexibility and save labor cost,improve working efficiency.
The majority of tail lifts are hydraulic or pneumatic in operation, although they can be mechanical, and are controlled by an operator using an electric relay switch.
